By accessing or using Sewist Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Sewist Studio is a web-based application that helps sewists organize their sewing patterns, fabric stash, threads, notions, machines, and projects. The Service includes AI-powered features for recommendations, photo scanning, and project planning. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Subscription & Billing

Sewist Studio offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly at the current rate ($9.99/month).

No refunds. Sewist Studio is a digital subscription service. All sales are final once your subscription billing period begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, notes, and inventory data. By uploading content, you grant Sewist Studio a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as photo scanning, pairing recommendations, and project suggestions. AI outputs are provided as suggestions only and may not always be accurate. Sewist Studio is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. AI features may use third-party models, and your inputs to AI features may be processed by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Abuse AI features or attempt to circumvent usage limits
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sewist Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
