- No refunds on digital products. Sewist Studio is a digital subscription service. All sales are final once your subscription period begins. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- Free trial. Your 14-day trial is free — you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Response time. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
